The challenge

Starting from the supplied new visual identity, we needed to create a UI-focused design system and clear content structure to build a powerful user journey and sales funnel. A main requirement was to build the site and CMS to allow the client to add pages and services as needed, without relying on a dev team, as well as incorporating new technical functionality and site-specific components.

The solution

We built a robust design system in Figma, working with the Relume library to allow more budget to be allocated to complex development work. Our two main solutions were to build out the Services pages with an in-depth bespoke content management system so the client can very easily add, edit, re-order their content, and building a suite of components with placeholder copy and images inside Webflow for the team to copy and paste onto new pages to grow the site themselves. We implemented Webflow Localisation to let the site function in both English and German languages.

We applied UI and UX thinking to the newly-created visual identity, letting the new site content stand out with clear sales-focused structure and adding animations, interactive compenents and video to increase user engagement. We set up a custom analytics dashboard to allow RideTandem’s in-house team to track the efficacy of the new site. One week after launch this demonstrated a 28.0% increase in users, 44.82 increase in engaged sessions and a 1,250% increase in generated leads.
